What started as a small, family-run operation has grown into a trusted name in landscaping—built on generations of hard work, craftsmanship, and commitment to the community. Over the decades, we’ve had the honor of transforming countless outdoor spaces across the South Sound, always with the same values at heart: honesty, reliability, and care.

Now led by Nathan Thronson, who took over from his father-in-law in 2023, Bayview continues to be a true family business. Nathan and his wife, Olivia, are raising their own family here, and their love for the outdoors and their community runs deep. With every project, we aim to treat our clients like neighbors—because most of the time, they are.
